USING THE STUDIO

Terms of service

Effective October 2, 2026. These terms explain access, subscriptions and your responsibilities when using Auto Scope Embroidery.

Your account

Provide a valid email address, keep your password private and use the service only where you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Artwork and generated files

You retain your rights in artwork you upload. You give us the limited permission needed to process it and provide your requested files. Only upload artwork you own or have permission to use. Having a machine file does not give you rights to someone else’s logo, illustration or other protected work.

Free previews and export allowances

Stitch generation, settings changes and animated previews are free and do not require an account. Machine-file exports require a current paid plan. Starter includes 30 new design exports per paid billing period for $3.99 USD. Maker includes 80 for $4.99 USD. Studio has no monthly design-export cap for $9.99 USD. Preparing a new design for export uses one credit; repeat downloads of that saved design in included formats and failed preparation requests do not. Unused credits do not roll over.

Unlimited plan and acceptable use

Studio processes one design at a time. File-size, design-size and request-rate limits still apply. Do not resell account access, share credentials, automate bulk generation, attack the service, evade usage controls or upload unlawful material. We may restrict misuse while preserving legitimate personal and business use.

Subscriptions and cancellation

When enabled, subscriptions renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled. Your allowance resets after a verified renewal payment. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves access available until the paid period ends, unless the payment is reversed or refunded. Payment problems may suspend paid access.

Embroidery quality

Generated files require review. Results vary by input artwork, fabric, stabilizer, hoop, thread, machine and settings. Check file compatibility and design dimensions, inspect jump paths, and make a test sew before production. We do not guarantee every image or file will work with every machine.

Service availability and billing disputes

The service may have interruptions, processing limits or maintenance periods. Report a failed generation or billing concern through support. The billing and refunds page describes how to request help. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
