Information we collect
When you create an account, we use your email address and authentication information. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth. We store account plan information, generation settings, design names, generated stitch projects, timestamps and support messages. We also record sign-ins, preview outcomes, selected plans and checkout activity for operating the service. Anonymous activity uses a random visitor identifier and is linked to your account when you sign in in the same browser. Preview reports do not include your artwork or card details. PayPal provides subscription identifiers and payment status; we do not store payment card numbers.
Uploaded artwork
Free stitch previews are processed on your device. A temporary artwork-and-settings draft is kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you can return after signing in; uploading another image clears it. When you export, your image is sent to the backend to prepare the paid design. The backend does not retain the original image after processing. The saved stitch project contains the design name, thread colors, stitch coordinates and settings, and may still reveal the content of your artwork. We do not use your designs to train an AI model.
Why we use this information
We use account data to authenticate you, enforce paid export allowances, save designs, provide downloads, process subscription events and handle support. Basic infrastructure logs may contain request metadata needed for security and diagnosing errors.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the web application, Supabase provides authentication and database services, and PayPal processes subscriptions when payments are enabled. These providers may process data in their own infrastructure locations. Your generated designs are private to your account through database ownership controls.
Retention and deletion
Saved projects remain available while your account is active unless removed through a support request. We keep subscription references as needed for account and billing administration. To request account, design or support-data deletion, use the contact page. Some records may need to remain for legal or financial obligations, and provider backups may retain data for their normal backup period.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information through support. Cancel recurring billing from your dashboard. Do not upload confidential or third-party artwork unless you are entitled to use and process it.
Cookies and changes
We use cookies for authentication, admin verification and a random first-party visitor identifier for operational activity reporting. We do not currently install advertising or optional analytics cookies. We will update this policy if our data practices change.
