Prices and payment
Starter is $3.99 USD for 30 monthly design exports; Maker is $4.99 USD for 80; Studio is $9.99 USD for unlimited monthly design exports. PayPal processes both methods: card purchases provide one calendar month without automatic renewal; PayPal subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Check the amount and renewal terms before approving your subscription.
When allowances renew
A new paid period begins after we receive and verify the completed payment. Returning from PayPal does not itself activate a paid plan. If your plan does not update after a few minutes, contact support with your subscription or payment ID.
Card purchases
A card purchase provides one calendar month of access from verified payment. It does not renew automatically. When the paid period ends, choose a plan and pay again to continue exporting. PayPal decides which billing details and verification steps are required.
Cancel a subscription
Open your account dashboard and choose Cancel renewal. You can also manage automatic payments directly in your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the existing paid period.
Free previews and failed exports
Generating and changing previews is free. An export-preparation request that fails processing is marked failed and does not count toward the monthly allowance. Exporting a revised design with different size, palette or spacing uses a new export credit.
Refund requests
If you were charged incorrectly or the service could not provide paid access, contact support with the subscription ID, payment date and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights and PayPal processes. Generated-file quality depends on the input and sewing setup; contact us if you suspect a processing defect.
Changing plans
Cancel the existing recurring subscription before starting a different plan. The current application does not offer automatic prorated upgrades or simultaneous subscriptions.
